ALLRUNA® products
ALLRUNA® types W and H
Both types are Styrol-based thermoplastic
elastomeres (according to ISO 18064: TPS). Their qualities offer a wide variety
for adjustments. They are predestined for use in the automobile industry,
in medical technology, in the electrical industry, in hardware and sporting
goods as well as consumer goods and tools.
Some of their characteristics:
- Shore-hardness ranging from 5 Shore A till 65 Shore D
- adhesion to PP, PE, PS, PA*, ABS*, PMMA*, PC*, and many more
- colorable, food contact, friction, ?surface feel, tribology, smell or ?resistance
to wear
- modified in respect to flowability, deformation, heat resistance or to reduce
cycle times
(*adhesion-modified)
ALLRUNA® types G and K
These are thermoplastic
vulkanizates (TPV) which are used in the automotive-, construction and furniture
industry.
Some of their characteristics:
- Shore-hardness ranging from 25 Shore A till 45 Shore D
- adhesion to PP and PE
- apart from standard types we offer TPV materials for exterior or interior
use in the ?automotive industry
- thermoplastic vulkanizates with variable ?degree and type of cross linking
or specific flow characteristics
ALLRUNA® type O
These materials are purely based on polyolefins.
They also offer a broad range of possible modifications. Just like ALLRUNA®
W and H they can be applied in a diverse varierty of application areas.
ALLRUNA® type A
ALLRUNA® type A is a thermoplastic
elastomer in the range of Shore D. These materials have been developed for
an excellent adhesion to polyurethane foam. They can be used under high mechanical
stress and are commonly used in the automotive industry.
ALLRUNA® type T
These are special materials based on termoplastic resins
beeing used in all kind of applications.
ALLRUNA® type E
Polyether-based thermoplastic elastomers (TPC,
TEEE) belong to this type of ALLRUNA® materials.
TPC offer extreme high mechanical properties in combination with good oil
– and grease resistance Adhesion to ABS, PC, PBT and other engineering
plastics are additional features.
Additional qualities of ALLRUNA® products
ALLRUNA® type S
These materials consist of extreme high densities
resulting in low noise transmission. High density materials are being used
in the furniture -, toy -, and the automotive industry.
ALLRUNA® type L
Type L refers to laser weldable materials. Depending
on the laser‘s wave length (e.g. 930 nm or 1064 nm) materials like PP,
PC, PA, ABS, PMMA, COC and others can be furnished with different colors or
beeing transparent to absorb laser light.
ALLRUNA® type F
In the aviation-, electronic
industry and public transport flame retarded materials are beeing required.
ALLRUNA® type F-materials can be used up to UL94 V0.
ALLRUNA® type E
These electrical conductive
or electro static materials find their way into the electronics industry,
the automotive and public transport industry as well as in consumer goods.
ALLRUNA® type G
ALLRUNA®
type G offers optimized surfaces like surface friction or low abrasion. It
is commonly used in the automobile industry as the basis for pedals, or products
with surfaces that need a low friction like building and construction profiles.
ALLRUNA® type T
These are adhesion modified
TPE materials to ?adhere to thermo set rubbers like EPDM, NBR, ECO, ?CSM etc.
This group of ALLRUNA® types offers materials that can
open new application areas.
ALLRUNA® type X
Type X-materials are reactive
TPE‘s, that produce high-strength substance-to-substance bonds with
metallic surfaces or with glass and glass-like ?surfaces. These materials
can be provided with a very high degree of transparency, opening new areas
of applications in the automotive industry, the electronic industry or in
consumer goods.
